We endeavor to work with the client who cares deeply to better understand and improve his current situation as it relates to risk management and insurance. That is why we have very specific target markets that we insure both in the commercial and personal lines arena.

As an agency, we have an absolute responsibility to always be learning. Therefore, our goal is for all of our employees to be licensed agents and to be fully-credentialed as it relates to our industry. We only hire employees that are true professionals in the insurance industry with a desire to go above and beyond to maintain the long-term goals of the agency.

We are always developing better ways to service our clients whether it be via e-mail, the internet, this website, or other forms of communication that can allow us to expedite a request. Technology and speed are extremely important to our clients and as our world changes, we must also recognize and adapt to meet this change. We understand this ever-changing need and have staffed our office with individuals that maintain the information and technology systems of the agency.

Infinity Insurance sees the need to be more than just an insurance agent. If we can’t provide the risk management needs with one of our in-house employees, we maintain strong relationships with key alliances (some of these alliances are binding and contractual to better help and guarantee the continuity of excellent service), including payroll companies, life, health, and disability insurance providers, attorneys, accountants, human resource management firms, and financial planners.
